755 PM EDT THU JUN 16 2005

AT 750 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO 40
MPH 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF COVENTRY...OR ABOUT 6 MILES WEST OF
MANSFIELD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THIS STORM WILL BRING HEAVY
DOWNPOURS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING TO PORTIONS OF NORTHERN WINDHAM
COUNTY AND SOUTHWEST WORCESTER COUNTY. LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING IS
LIKELY.

THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...WILLINGTON AND ASHFORD BY 800 PM
EDT...UNION AND EASTFORD BY 810 PM EDT...WOODSTOCK AND STURBRIDGE BY
820 PM EDT.

HEAVY RAINS MAY FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS SUCH AS DITCHES AND
UNDERPASSES. AVOID THESE AREAS AND DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADS AS THEY
MAY BE WASHED OUT.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. IF OUTDOORS...STAY
AWAY FROM ISOLATED HIGH OBJECTS SUCH AS TREES. MOVE INDOORS IF
POSSIBLE.
